Who can enter the competition?
This competition is available to customers in the US only. We are unable to deliver to Alaska or Hawaii. Sorry!
When will the competition be drawn?
We'll be announcing the winners on Thursday 7th May 2026
What's the prize?
The 10 winner will each receive a set of Sluggs. Color and style availability will be based on available stock at the time the winners are announced. The winners will be asked to choose their preferred style and color.
What are the terms and conditions?
Slugg 3 Pot Cluster Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is promoted by The Balcony Garden US ("the Promoter"), operating via thebalconygarden.co.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Entrants must live in the US. This competition is not open outside the US.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens when the entry form goes live on thebalconygarden.co/pages/slugg-giveaway and closes at 11:59 PM ET on Thursday, May 6, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the entry form at thebalconygarden.co/pages/slugg-giveaway during the giveaway period. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prize
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Slugg 3 Pot Cluster set. Color and style availability will be based on available stock at the time of winner selection. Winners will be contacted to choose their preferred style and color, subject to availability. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period. The draw will take place on or around Thursday, May 7, 2026.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. If a winner fails to respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to addresses within the United States only. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and fulfilling prizes. It will not be sold or disclosed to third parties, except as necessary to deliver the prize. Please refer to the Promoter's Privacy Policy for full details.
10. General
The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaway. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control require it. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
